I took out the trusty old matt white emulsion and painted the screen section onto the wall. I then painted the rest of the wall matt black. Ceiling and side walls got the black treatment also.
Works a treat.
KAL... dont ask if you wanna use this idea for curts site... thats where i got the idea from...lol
maybe i,ll set up my own site with this brainwave

How about a$30. white roll up blind bought on sale at the sears warehouse.When I was done with it I used it on the front window of the house(I projected onto the back side of it) 8)

My first screen, like 5 apartments ago, was a window blind. It worked surprisingly well, although it was a bit too reflective and tended to curl up at the edges.
