909 problem

My 909 is playing up. When I switch it on the green tube only fires up. Nothing from blue or red. I know it is the Barco because only green comes up in the convergence menu. After leaving it on for say half an hour to warm up and then restarting 20 - 30 times, I usually then get a proper picture. I have to go through this process every evening. Any ideas?

Have you tried cleaning and re-seating the board connectors ?
