I have a 9500lc on the way and the green and red tubes light up. However, the blue tube does not. What could cause this.

any number of things with P14 overvoltage and a stripped cathode (deead tube) being the prime suspect. Do a search for P14
|

Also, neck board, bad video cable, bad VIM or CLM.
Best to post when you have the set in front of you, it will be easy to troubleshoot.

I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't have exactly the same problem as the one with the bad blue tube on Videogon
