I don't want to believe that a person like Carradine could hang themselves while their career is still going. I say "Foul Play".
Sad any way it happened. I loved watching "Kung Fu", it was on of my favorite show as a kid. I always liked how calm and collected he always was.

I can think of a million other things to do in Bangkok. Maybe he had "help".

sounds like he was battling thoughts of suicide for years, at least he made mention of it a few times in interviews. He would sit on a ledge for hours just thinking about tipping over. He also mentioned that he had a gun in his desk and every night he'd take it out and contemplate suicide, then would put it away. That's too bad. It's always sad when someone goes that way. RIP.

Wow that is really sad. It sound like erotic asphyxiation gone bad. Wether or not he had help, it is sad to see him go that way.

Yeah, "Kung Fu" was going to be the vehicle to make Bruce Lee a Star in the U.S. It was developed for Lee.

From what I understand, Bruce Lee created the "Kung Fu" strory with himself to play the lead role. The studio execs didn't think an Asain would be popular so they cast the lead to Carradine. The show was successfull but had Lee played the lead, the show would have been on another level.

One of the latest news reports. http://www.cnn.com/2009/SHOWBIZ/06/05/carradine.death/index.html?section=cnn_latest
It says | Quote: | | Actor Michael Madsen told King that the one thing Carradine's wife, Annie Bierman, wanted everyone to know is, "David was not suicidal." |

I can imagine he may have had some "company" with him at the time. They may not have been experienced with this type of activity and if things got out of control they may have panicked and left.
Just a possibility.

In Bangkok with company?
I think we are thinking the same thing. A professional escort, extreme sex play gone wrong, the "PRO" high tailed it out of there.
