i dont think its a crt, more likely a film PJ that may have used a CRT bulb.

do a search for fumeo and you'll see lot of 8,16,and 35 mm film PJ's.

It is a crt projector, I've attached a couple of photos. thats sort of the issue, I can see from a google search that fumeo did a lot of film projectors. but I can't see any reference to CRT- and hence need info on the specs. maybe it is a one off model or a re-branded version of someone elses product?

Well it clearly is a video only 7" machine.

Bell & Howell also had video-only CRTs, in addition to the film projectors.

Edit: according to the avmagazine.it forum it is indeed a maxivideo tech. No fans in this machine.

If your in the US the analog tuner won't do much good in couple of months unless you have cable...Just to be clear it isn't worth very much...Perhaps offer to haul it away for free.

New Zealand; we're in the process of switching to satellite as primary, but we'll still have RF TV for a while yet I think. In NZ these things are few and far between anyway, I wont go overboard, but probably pay more than its worth... Cheers

Heres a photo of the convergence panel, anyone have a list of what these all mean? I havent seen one with codes like this before.

It seems to be throwing only a white screen at the moment, I've stuck a photo of that up too, sorry about the crappy quality, but I figure anyone that knows what it is will know straight away.

Cheers,

You should ask them to contact the guy that they got it from to see if he has the manual and remote somewhere. You might be in trouble without the remote. Is there a remote attached to the unit like in a compartment or something?

What year is it?

No Remote Sad

It only takes a cabled one though, I think its only for changing TV channel through the tv tuner.
