Any sources for colored c-elements for the marquee?

I'm looking to get rid of a lot of crud in the chambers and would like to replace the c-elements with colored versions while I'm at it. Do I understand correctly that those are no longer available?

If you find an older sony1292 you can get them from that otherwise VDC is the only place I think and now sure how much they want or if they will sell them without sending the tubes to them to install them.
