I bought a used DVI card from another member, but can't seem to get a picture from the DVI or component inputs. I have the card in a Marquee switcher which works great for all of my other inputs, but this card. The source is a Toshiba A3 HDDVD player running at 1080i. The Link light will light up when connected to the DVI input and I will get a bad scrolling red picture but nothing else, same thing with the component inputs. I did not try connecting this directly to the projector yet. I also have a HDFury1 which has no problems with the player and switcher. Any ideas?

BTW the jumpers are in the correct position.

I moved the card from the switcher to the 8500 and did not have any problems viewing the video now. The DVI black levels were different than the component out of the HD player though, I think that was a know problem. Any ideas why the card won't work in the switcher? Also when i would switch the input to the component feed i would get a high pitched noise that was just loud enough to hear when sitting down with no volume on the audio.

I think the switcher did not have enough power or you should use J2 for power selection on the card.
and the noise should not come out, it may a problem with card, you can send back for repair!
