I was messing around with a BG1208 last night. I started to attempt a stack, but realized I don't have the COG board in either 1208, so I jjust decided to set up the second 1208 on a cart and get it ready to replace the current 1208 hanging on the ceiling. (This second 1208 has brand new tubes in it). I maxed and centered the raster on green, then tried to converge the red and blue. The square box moves around, but the hatch will not move. I tried with both the built in remote and a wireless remote. Every other command seems to work fine, it's just convergence.

Where do I go from here?

The convergence output board could be bad, or the convergence driver might not be outputting any red or blue convergence information. I'm guessing it's the output board though.

Thanks Curt. Do I just pull out the convergence board and swap with the known working one?
