The red tube went off then on and then OFF. The gain just disappeared. You can see an image if you turn up G2 but its completely washed out with diagonal lines as well. These are Barco RGB output amps R7621735 and they seem to fail frequently.

Is the failure in the VPH06 chip??

The easiest way to check is swap the neckbord to another tube and see if the problem moves, if it does you probably need a new neckboard or VPH06 chip (since there isn't much else on those boards).

I have some spare boards so I have swaped it out and the red works fine. I have noticed though that these boards seem to go bad and lose gain quite frequently. I know there have been other threads about this board but I cannot see where the problem is defined. So I wanted to know if it was a particular part that could be replaced like the VPH06.
