Ok I'm looking at one of these and I can't find a clear answer.

Will the BDP-S550 decode the HD AUDIO internally and ouput it to the analog ouputs?

As far as I understand, and confirmed by this chart (from AVS), it does.

It will also decode the HD Codecs to PCM and send the resulting stream over HDMI, or if one prefers it can transfer undecoded bitstream to the capable processor.

Thanks, I was trying to confirm as I don't have and don't want a newer reciever. I have a nice analog set up ( go figure ) and the PS3 obviously doesn't do analog out,The S300/S350 does but no HD Audio.
