I have a PC-3000 switcher that is not working when you turn it on this is the message on the display.
"software upload mode"
No matter what I do I can not get the unit into any other mode.
I have purchased the service manual and there is absolutely no help there.
Does anyone have any experience with these units or know how I can fix it or how to upload the software?

Halo, have you tried holding down the left and right arrows simultaneously for more than 5sec. This soft reset works in the service mode, you maybe in there if your 'uploading software'. BUT it seems to me you might have something more serious.

Yes I have tried all the resets in the manual none of them work.
