I sold a 1209 (customer emailed saying it was a 1200, but I'm sure it's a 1209) almost a year ago I think. Customer had no idea that it needed setup, and while he's hung it on the ceiling, he doesn't want to do the setup. He called a local a/v company (Humphries), and when I talked to the 'tech' on the phone, it was obvious he'd never seen a CRT before.

Customer is frustrated, wants assistance. It's right in the Toronto core, 416 area code.

Can anyone (analog) assist? This isn't a warranty issue (unless there's a fault with the set, which I doubt), so you can charge according to the work/setup you do.
