Im having problems getting to my FOCUS EDGE SEPA. (separate) mode. I could have sworn that it was a choice from this menu screen:

-FOCUS-
1 / CENTER
2 / EDGE ALL
3 / EDGE SEPA. <---------------( not on menu)
4 / ASTIG CROSS
5 / ASTIG CORNER

I've used the EDGE SEPA. several times before, however I'm dont recall exactly how I managed that.

If I look at the manual, It shows that EDGE SEPA. is not an option from the menu, also the manual doesnt really explain how to get to the EDGE SEPA. mode.

From the focus screen, when I choose Ctrl and an arrow key, it puts me into EDGE ALL mode and stays there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While I'm at it, I read in the manual that the projector needed to be degaussed after the initial installation.
I never did that and should I? I'd really like to redo the entire setup from scratch again, reset all to 0 and also try to get the astig better. I'm getting a flare from both the red and green. And I've already messed with the astig a while back before
I knew what I was doing. There is remaining silicone witness marks on all the tabs, however when I set it back to the original setting, it still looked wrong. I cant get the dots round at all not at the center or the edges. That's why I need a complete redo. I think I need to get my camera ready and send some pics to this forum.

The PG Plus has a degauss option in the menu that controls an automatic degaussing process using 2 coils in the set.
You will have to make sure that the deflection board and top cover are closed when you perform that step.

Also see my other post regarding astig/CPC.
