Copy and storing G90 calibrations

I have a new calibration in my G90, including mag focus etc. I would like to do two things

1. Reset the factory default for this input to the present calibration
2. Copy the contents of video memory 1 to other channels.

I find the manual very confusing on these points. Any simple instruction lists?
