RGBS-RGBHV cable adapter converter?

I have a bunch of Extron boxes, all with RGBS outputs. Is there a cable or converter which will split /separate the sync from the the RGBS so that I can output RGBHV?

Going the other way from RGBHV to RGBS requires just a BNC T adapter to combine snyc but I can't find anything which will allow me to do RGBS-RGBHV.
