how do you turn it on, or why doesnt it turn on, is it because i am using a regular computer ac in cable? or do I have to connect everything ( video, ect, ) so it will turn on, i already checked a lot of stuff inside, wiring and everything and i dont see anything wrong, please help me on what to check, what to do, or recomend me someone in or around Orange county, Ca, please

It should use a regular computer power cable. A video source does not need to be connected. There may be a power switch on the front, as well as on the back.

I guess the first thing I'd do is check fuses. Do you have a multimeter?

ya actually there is one near the front ac in, but it looks ok, its not burned or anything, should i still check with the meter

It's always good to check with a meter, unless it's something horribly obvious like one of those 220v 5a ones with the little wire down the center.
If it looks good, still check; if it's obviously blown it's not necessary.
