When adjusting the horizontal convergence sometimes it happens that there is a relatively large vertical line jump to another horizontal position. After that the horizontal convergence can be adjusted as normal. Is this one of the things that can be solved with a mod?
Is this the so-called "Snap-Problem" or is it something else?

Indeed I did do a mod to try and fix the "snap" problem in one of my projectors, but it failed to remedy the problem, I needed to replace my VDM with a modded one. Actually, I only had a modded one available to me, I didn't specifically replace it with a modded one "on purpose" to fix the issue...
Now that it isn't snapping any more, its a very stable running machine.
