You really just have to play around with them till you find something that works. you can keep lowering each one till something gets all out of wack, then bump it back up. Its a trial and error method for me. It takes along time but sometimes thats the only way. He says hes seeing scan lines at 1080i and 540p, he should then up the scan rate, so if its a 50 he should go up to 75 and then lower the total H and Total V to something closer tot he actual 540 or 1080i , he might get what he's looking for.
