I've seen much nicer home theatres from the members here.
Check out those front row seats. What is that? Five feet from the screen? Less? Yikes!
No wonder he can't sell the place. (probably has a digital projector, nyuk, nyuk, nyuk)

I have seen the house and the HT.
The house is in a beautiful BEAUTIFUL spot, secluded in'nova.
The exterior is fab. The interior is .... well... Ghetto Fab.
Its one of the worst decorated houses ive seen, and its just plain bad. The HT is crap as well, he wasnt really into it so theres an expensive digi. but not really great..(unless he's updated it since 05)

From the picture it looks like the HT has a G70 or a G90.
That sure would be a bummer -- selling your house for $4 million in 2008 when you bought it for $5 million in 2003. If he sells it at that price all he really did was pay almost $17k a month to live there. Actually, it's a bit worse than that because $5 million in 2003 is $5.6 million in 2007, adjusted for inflation. Hooray US Dollar!
Okay, so I don't REALLY feel sorry for a multi-millionaire.

To me it looked like a DWIN. What a strange looking theater. Still, I'm sure I'll get a call one day..
