Maybe I woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, but while browsing through my morning Ebay searches I noticed this listing. It amused me. Why? I have no idea, but typing in all caps and the charming green font color seemed funny to me.
So I decided to ask the seller a question:

"I ALSO LIKE TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS"

Me
"MAYBE WE CAN MEET UP AND SCREAM AT EACH OTHER OVER COFFEE????"

If it turns out the seller is a member here, I apologize for wasting your time. Please don't use all caps and a large font.

ALL CAPS IS UGLY AND UNREADABLE.
besides no mention of hours or tube condition.

I'd say you're right - he doesn't get it.
Judging by the portion of the response you quoted, I'd say he uses the shift or caps lock keys like some people use their turn signals. If it's on, it's only by mistake. Caps or no caps... Who cares?

I was referring to draganm's last post of only the seller's final response he quoted... Some was all caps, while the rest was all lower-case.
please don't respond, he'll just delete you... 
Ten bucks says if you write something snippy enough, he won't be able to resist responding.

I sent him a nicely worded inquiry about hours and tube condition, and pimped him about the caps (still nicely), and this was his response:

OK, fine. Everyone put it on your watched item list so he thinks a bunch of people are watching it. Then everybody ask him endless questions. Don't mention caps, just ask questions. Surely Curt you can guide us in some obscure questions to ask. ie . . .
Do you know the serial number off the point convergence board?
What type of spacers are used on the green tube,
etc.
