Hello,

I am really a big fan of CRT Ptojectors. So I also want to gather information (and probably devices) on rear CRT Projectors.
There are great ones form Barco or Sony like the 4010q or the 6010q. But there is only a few data on them in the net. Has anyone good sources and or experience with these devices? Or even changed them from front to rear projection?

Has anyone data on the Retrographics 400. What about the total weight. Is there a BG 400 built in?

Thanks and best regards

TV/Projector: All of them!

That's a very old set. 7" tubes, it really is no better than a consumer RP set. 1988 vintage or something like that.

Now, I have a BG808s retro. That's a completely different beast. 44,000 hours and still going strong. 1080p compatible. See if you can find one of those, an Electrohome retro with a Marquee in it, or a rare NEC retro with an XG chassis. All those are far better than a 'consumer' RP set.

Thanks a lot,

the devices you mentioned sound really attractive and worth the effort!
I thought that there is probably a Barco Graphics 400 build in the Retrographics 400. I don't no a lot about the BG 400 but I was wondering about the 100 Mhz Bandwidth? But I understand, that twenty years is too much....

Best regards
