Working on the new theater and I finally got the screen up and the Lumagen Vision HDP installed. It's a 25 foot run from the HDP to the Projector. Here's the chain:
HDP -> DVI/HDMI Adapter -> 25 Foot Blue Jeans HDMI Cable -> HDMI Wallplate -> 6 Foot HDMI/DVI Cable -> Moome DVI Card
Here's the problem: On the HDP test patterns when I output 1080p/60, I'm getting very noticeable "sparklies". I'm hoping that the EXT-FULLHD will fix the "sparklies". Can someone reassure me that this will most likely be the case?

Thanks, guys. I'll take the wall plate out of the equation when the EXT-FULLHD comes in. Hopefully, that will work.

I would, but the cable isn't long enough to get there.
It's also not as bad as I previously thought. Once things warmed up the noise quickly dissipated and I only got a "sparkle" or two every few seconds. Once the EXT-FULLHD comes in and I can get the wallplate out of the chain, I'm pretty confident that even those few "sparkles" left will disappear.

A quick follow-up. I had a monoprice HDMI switch lying around so I removed the wallplate, plugged the cable directly into the switch and then ran the output to the DVI input card. Works flawlessly. No video noise whatsoever at 1080p. Thanks for the help, guys.
