tell me this isn't the wierdest CRT listing on e-bay you've ever seen? Looks legit but it's rather odd that someone would be selling fully re-tubed 1272Q's today.

Looks Ok except for the picture that they stole from Pete.

Anyone else notice that they had a 1292 tube in with the pile of 07msp/mp tubes?

Yeah...that is weird...1080p? Will they sync at that? Most of the text are jpg images. Seems like a huge amount of trouble to go though for an $900 projectors that is likely only worth $500 or so.

This part is very high on the weird factor.

Yea I noticed the 9" tubes. But when I saw the animated GIF from 1995 I thought this guy is about as smart as a box of rocks. So I decided to not ask about the 9" tubes.

If you were trying to sell something to someone. Why would you potential insult your buyer?

The ladies tell me the faster/flasher the car the smaller it is. So I am guessing Mr Vette is pretty small Smile

So if I'm driving a K-car instead of a 1968 Charger where does that put me in relation to the Vette?

what is "this"? The subject line should give you an idea of what the thread is about.
as a moderator, I don't want to have to follow external links and drill down to figure out what the thread is about.

I Think This Guy Has Quite A Racket Going On. But It Seems That He Could Do Better By Acting More Professional And Learning To Write A Bit Better Like Not In Runon Sentences.

LOL, too funny. I don't really think it's a scam and $900. for a 1272Q with all brand new tubes is not a bad deal by any means. I just thought the whole add was worded by someone with mental problems. I mean isn't sales all about winning the trust of your buyers? Confused When you throw in a bunch of wierd nonsense it makes it hard to win people over.

I've bought some great stuff of some very strange people. So long as the piece you're looking at is good and the price is right why not?

Because when he says, "Sony 1272" he means, "A two-headed embalmed fetus I found in my attic"?
