I bought these rubber fan mounts for a couple of 120mm fans and I'm not sure how to use them.

I need to mount two fans in my hush box. The box wall is 1/2" MDF. How do I go about using the rubber mounts to attach to the hush box wall?

You need to drill a hole. It is two parts. The big part goes in first up to the last little ridge. Then put your fan up against it and place the smaller "screw" through the fan hole and into the larger part you already put in.

Something like that. My last case came with nothing but these things.

Not sure if they will work in MDF...I will venture to say that they won't.
