On my Cine7, I have a problem with the green, the leading edge is an inch or two into the image projected by red and blue. In other words, the there is a thin line on the left of the screen without green. It's not shifted, the gun just appears blanked a little too long on only one gun. Any ideas?

You could try adjusting the Green horizontal width coil then redo the convergence.

Doesn't that adjustment just affect the maximum width? If so, I'm no where near that. I'm at maybe 70% ov my availible h-size. If I'm off base, be gentle, I'm new to this...

Each tube has it's own horizontal width coil but they are used for small adjustments. Can you post some screen shots ?

I did play with them a bit, but they do not seem affect this artifact.

Genlocked pattern looks good, I have no problem converging. I tried the raster size adjustment in the manual using the coils, but I'm not sure I'm doing it right. I can't see the rasters reflected off my wall (I took the screen down because I have a sheet of WilsonArt coming in tomorrow) so I put a crosshatch up after doing the raster center & toein, and adjusted the pattern widths to match.

Have you made sure you're not shooting too close to the edge of the tube face? 70 width might be a bit much. DOes that green line shift, and can you still see it at say a 40 width?
Try shifting the phase to the right, you could be seeing image wraparound due to a misadjusted H phase (in the geometry menu)

Damn! I knew it was something simple I'd seen before, I just couldn't remember what. It was folding back on itself, and horizonal phase cleared it right up. Thanks all, and thanks again Curt!
I finally have this set ready for a mount & final alignment. Wahoo!
