Hi
Got my G70 running 1080P no problems through the HD fury playing HD DVD.
Is Displaying 1080P on my or any CRT making it work harder therefore killing it quicker compared to running it at 720P or 1080i.
Thanks

not significantly.
You G70 can handle the higher scanrate just fine.

a poorly ventilated hush-box or room without climate control will kill a projector 10 times faster than simply running it at a higher scan rate. I've seen marquee's with 40K hours and no problems from a clean environemnt and others with burned up cards at only 15K hours due to a cramped flight simulator with poor convection.
