I am right now on the way to setup my G70 from scratch. While trying to focus the blue tube i dont get it as sharp as the green and the red . 
Does the blue should be as sharp as the green or red and if yes waht may be the problem?

Red is sharpest on mine followed by green then blue.
And that was true when the tubes were new (0 hours.)

Blue is not SUPPOSED to be as sharp as green/red. Blue phosphor can't light up as bright as green/red, so you have to defocus it to get proper grayscale. See e.g. this post.

Plus your eyes don't see blue as well as red or green. Blue may be focusing sharper than you think it is.

You can turn off the blu-defocus on/off a NEC but it will mess up your gray scale, I turn off blue defocus, focus it best I can then turn it back on. I don't know if a G70 has that option though.

This is right but i found it.. the MG All settings was set to 25 after the reset

I dont know about this setting, perhaps as read further the Installation Manual
Thanks to all for your answer. The mAin thing i suffer from ist that my native language is german ..my english is not so bad at all. When i listened to the Step by Step guide it was even harder

You shoudl however be able to read the 'EM' test pattern all over the screen. As long as you can make out the 'EM' letters, you should be pretty close to perfect blue focus.

Defocus on a G70 is not an option. It's on, and changes values according to bandwidth (I think). Also, I believe when you are adjusting EM focus, defocus is automatically turned off so you can adjust EM accurately.
I wouldn't worry about defocus. Let your G70 handle it.

Phil is correct. However if your scan rate is above 48.3Khz @6500K automatic defocus is not applied. There is a table on page 97 of the manual.
It's been awhile but I believe if you push the MG focus button a second time it will toggle between focused and de-focused. It should indicate the state on the screen lower left corner.

I had to maually defocus my blue for proper grey scale tracking.

I was able to read the pattern all over the screen but behind the ME was something like a shadow ME slightly shifted.

If by "shadow" you mean flare, a little is normal in the corners with maximized rasters.
All the symptoms you describe have multiple causes, mechanical setup, optical focus, magnetic focus, astigmatism.
After proper mechanical setup I would check the astigmatism next.

after reading this I went back and defocuse the blue, it seems to really improve the picture, My set-up is not optimal by any means, but with the quick set-up and lens focusing I did, even with worn b and g tubes, it looks awsome. I had a little blue over lap in the bottom corners and did a quick zone and cleared it.i really want to see what this pj can do once i have it mounted and do a really good set-up. If it gets any better I'll be amazed.

I had this "flare" all over the screen and the source of this was magnetical setup. the next steps are following next weekend. But first i have to do a proper mechanical setup. I found out that my pj ist not mounted correctly in the middle so ihave to move sideways

Exactly, start with a good mechanical setup.
I still recommend checking the astigmatism of each tube. Even If electronically you can adjust the spot size and roundness. After I did I had less convergence drift and setting up the geometry was easier. I learned this the hard way.
