My new HTPC (also my Satellite Receiver) has a passive cooled ATI 3450. There is a lcd Monitor connected to the VGA port. The DVI Port is connected to my VPH-G70 via IFB-DVI

I like to setup my G70 from scratch. Now i`ve setup the Graphics Card via ATI CCC to Theater Mode and i also set the DVI Connection to 1920x1080 50Hz (I live in Europe).

So is this the right way to start the setup for my G70 or should i only connect my PJ. The reason for the LCD Monitor is that i may do records from satellite Channels without starting my G70.

Thanks for any help to find the right start
