I have a couple of these input cards, however they use a 9 pin connector instead of the standard 15 pin that is used for VGA. How can I use these/can I get a cheap adapter for them?

AFAIK they are essentially the same as an IFB-11 just with the 9-pin connector of course. You can buy a cable with the right end on it to plug into these.
