Resolution to use for PJ setup?

OK! I think I remember reading that when you set of a PJ (NEC in particular) that you should use the highest resolution that you will ever use. If you used a lower resolution, you might run out of calibration range (horiztial raster/image) if you tried to setup a higher resolution in the future.

Correct?

I've got a NEC 9PG Xtra. The highest resolution I'm planning is 960p from a Momsitu. It's my understanding the Xtra can't fully resolve 1080p.

You should set it pu higer than you will use and then copy settings down to your resolution of use and touch up, especially when doing astig magnets, at least for Marquees but ti should be a general rule.
