I have had a couple pg 9200s I remember on my first PJ I could set PJ to power on when plugged in. On my current PJ 9200 I set the option in the software options but it still does not come on when power is turned on to it.. I remember very slightly there is a switch on the system board that dictated this option also, I just can't remember wich one..any help please....

Check out the manuals on this page. Maybe one of them has the setting you need in it.
