For a given bandwidth, higher voltage signal will require a higher slew rate. Look carefully at those spec sheets. Sometimes that mega bandwidth is spec'd at 0.2Vpp! The amp doesn't have the slew rate to output that bandwidth at 1.4Vpp.

Ahh that's it. you have to read the fine print. I remember on the spec's for my Sony 1252 it says 1500x1200 at 38hz. Not all together usefull.

There should only be one control per function in a system. That would be the contrast control. Turn it up to 100 if you have to. It's only a number.

Yes, but Moome's will go to 11. Wink

Yes , This I know. I have looked over at least 25 different op amp spec sheets. Some times those high op amps sound good but there is more involved than just the spec'd highest bandwidth.

In my experience NECs like a standard 0.7v signal.

If you run it hot, as the Moome DVI card does, and the Moome ISS card (until you adjust it down), then you will get blooming. I don't think reducing contrast compensated.

I think Moome should stick to the standard.

The idea would be to offer the adjustment pot if it doesn't hurt the image quality. It would be preset to 0.7V.
