use amplitude to squeeze the raster, or the pot on the deflection board? Which would be easier on the electronics?

Ben,
I would confirm no problems and use amplitude for now esp after just having it shipped. Without a scaler to do the 2:35 its going to be give and take in throw. The Lumagen HDP was a key part of the set up that took all the strain off the projector. One button for the correct 2:35 and another for 16:9. Doug
