That's the R762562 LIDO board (line doubler).On the IC's sticker near those caps stays: LDB V. 1.04

Yup. Withiout the various wiring harnesses to the video board, it's useless though.

HMM!! Now, I just have to remember which wires it connected it. Unless you're talking that that tangle of yellow wire. It's still intact but good luck figuring out what it all connects.

The LIDO board is connected with the interface board (R762561x) with three plugs.You'll find the interface right under the neckboard for the blue tube.
From interface to LIDO:
J106 goes to J101
J107 goes to J100
J108 goes to J102
