But then you'd lose your justification for 50GB dual layer Blu-ray discs! Without the fluff what are you going to fill that extra 25GB Blu-ray layer with? Rootkits are tiny compared to HD video so you're already covered there. Thanks for making the case that HD DVD's 30GB limitation and Blu-ray's only technological advantage over HD DVD isn't a big deal.
