Hello,
No I'm not looking for someone to setup my projector. I have a friend who is considering stepping into the CRT world and I really wanted him to see the picture that these projectors are capable of. The only CRT he has seen is my sony 1252. It was my first projector and he saw it after my second attempt at setting it up (black level way off, convergence was dreadful, running at 800x600, and the lower half of the screen wasn't as focused as the top half!). He was impressed with the picture quality despite the fact that it was what I consider a horrid example of what these projector are capable of. If someone is in the south of boston or northern part of RI, and has an ok example of what a 8 or 9 inch is capable of, please let me know. Thanks for your time,

-Greg D.

I gave them a call and they told me that they don't have any projector currently set up. Thanks for the suggestion however!

man, how lame is that? A projector business with no projectors set up. Confused I mean even curt, who works out of his house and can barely get to the toilet without tripping over a CRT manages to keep at least one machine set up and throwing a pic in the living room. Laughing
there's a guy on the referal list with a 1292, maybe shoot him an e-mail?

Thanks for the idea. I sent him an email. That 1292 is a world away from the 1252 that he has already seen! Thank again!
