I am trying to decide which option will work the best for my set-up. I have a Samsung Blue-ray player, a Toshiba HDDVD player and a Dish Network HD receiver. I am trying to send HDMI or component video to my new processor the Integra 9.8 Processor and then to my Sony 1272 projector. I am currently using the component outs to the preamp and then into a Key Digital component to VGA adapter and then into a Faroudja LD-200 line doubler via VGA and this is then output to my projector RGBVH. I have been looking at adding either a Moome HDMI-Component input card and going straight from the preamp to the projector or buying the ext Moome box and go HDMI or component from the preamp to the ext. box and then RGBV to the projector. I don't know if there is going to be a quality difference between these two options or not. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thank you!

I fixed it for ya... it was bugging me. Smile

As for your question, Moome's indicated that the DACs used on the internal Sony/Marquee cards are slightly sharper than those in the EXT-HD, so keep that in mind. In the real world, I doubt there's much difference, especially on an ES-focussing Sony 1272.

Oh boy! Picking restaurants is difficult - it all depends on budget, what you like to eat, what sort of atmosphere you like! Not to mention that with 2 kids under 4, the wife and I really don't get out to do any fine dining much anymore. Smile
