Could you please elaborate on this topic a little bit more?
Is the registry file in the PowerDVD folder? What's its name?

The windows registry. It's a database that stores variables for system and program settings. You use regedit.exe to manipulate and view it. If you make a mistake and change something you shouldn't, you can render your machine inoperable. Please take care.
