I cannot get an RGB input ( 5)for my Barco 808. The other inputs work just fine, as does the projector. When I hook up a DVD player with input 5. No signal. Any ideas/ Thanks

With only a few exceptions, your dvd player most likely has component outputs. You need a transcoder to convert component to RGB. The transcoder suggested by Tom.W would be an excellent cost-effective choice that also includes gamma control.
