Yea, there are a couple but to answer your question I'm wouldn't consider myself qualified to help you. While I do know a bit about fixing the darn things I really don't have too much experience with setup. So far I have done my XG twice and I really need to do it again as its pretty crappy right now. About half way through setup I just get a little tired of tweaking all the fine settings so I give up and fix the rest of my errors with point (not recommended btw) then stick in some movies and have some fun. Smile

Where are you in the Dallas area? I'm north of McKinney a little ways.

There are actually quite a few of us, but it seems like most of us have taken sort of a break from obsessing over HT stuff for a bit. Dave (Person99) has been busy as hell with work and stuff, Phil is probably still working on that damned fuel pump in his van (joking buddy;), Mark (Damon) is soon to have the most badass quanset hut in existence (think of something that rymes with "nilla"), and Mike is evidently enjoying his modded 1209. I haven't heard much from Brad(the Aggie) or our resident displaced Green Bay fan.

I've found that if you start offering free beer and food in large enough quantities that you can usually lure us out of hiding. Smile

I currently have all of the boards from my 1209 into Eisemann to see if he can figure out what the problem is with them. If he can I will probably go ahead and have him mod them while he has them. If this happens I will throw a meet to show off the new setup.

I haven't heard from Phil in awhile, but he was working on a new business plus trying to sell his house. Hopefully, he has succeeded at both.Smile

I've been entertaining my in-laws the last (and next) few weeks while they are thawing out over the holidays. They love to come down this time of year and enjoy some Texas weather while it's not 100 degrees outside! Thumbs Up

This is probably beach weather for them, I bet. We need to set up another gathering just to hang out and shoot the bull for a little while.

Sony DVP-995V 400 Disc changer.

The Sony has been modified by JVB to output SDI. Both units worked great when I put them in the boxes. No room to store!

PM to arrange pickup.

Thanks,
Ken

I've been PMing with him. I'm definately the closest to him and will try to pop by in a few weeks. He's got an NEC PG. I'm no NEC guy nor do I desire to be, so if any PG guru wants to offer assistance, step up! Otherwise I'm going to try to pop by his house within a couple weeks.

Hey, Matt, you forgot Dan (who piped up) and Ivan (who is pretty much set up).

I am still around but have been quite busy. All of my boards are back with Eisemann for the latest mods. After Terry is through with Mark he is going to swing by, replace my green tube and re-calibrate. I was happy with my pic but you know that grass thing........always greener.............
