That Extron breakout cable is for DVI-A to 5BNC... It's important to draw the distinction between DVI-A, DVI-D, and DVI-I... The DVI connector standard carries both digital video ("DVI-D," requiring a real transcoder like the HDFury or Moome devices) whereas DVI-I ("integrated") and DVI-A (analog only) have analog pins in the connector.
Analog pins in the connector means the Extron DVI-A cable linked above is completely passive. Meaning, for example, a DVI source on a Cable Set Top Box (or other DVI-D only device) won't work with this cable.
The OPs' atix800 pci express video card may well have DVI-A output (most likely does) so the Extron cable will work, but future use will be limited to only DVI-A sources.
