FYI, I've received one IFB-FULLHD card from moome some days ago (to test it on my G90) and just installed it today.

When I'm connecting the HDMI cable on Link0 input, I get white sparkling pixels on the screen. When I'm using the Link1 input (with the same HDMI cable), image is OK.

I assume I've received one defective card on Link0 input. I wonder if moome really test the cards before sending them out the factory ...

I'm gonna ask him a card replacement.

John

Hey John,

I can honestly say that the DVI IFB I got from you a couple years ago is the best built DVI IFB I have ever had. I keep your board in my projector all the time! I just wish your card could do 1080x1920 at 72Hz. The saving grace of your DVI card John is that it will happily do 800x1920p at 72Hz and really, most source material that would benefit from 72 Hz is letterbox anyway Wink

Hi Craigr,

Thanks !
FYI : https://www.curtpalme.com/forum_archived/viewtopic.php@t=5906.html
Afryia was using 1080p72 (with reduced timings) on his G70+IFB-DVI input card ! I was quite suprized but I did set one 1080p48 mode with reduced timing at 118MHz pixelclock so I assume that 1080p72 mode can be tweak by Powerstrip to have a pixelclock around SiI907B IC pixelclock's limitation.

Guys, I still have no e-mail reply from moome for my defective IFB-FULLHD ... Crying or Very sad

Later

John

Moome has informed me that the current batch of IFB-FULLHD are now sold out. A new batch is being ordered and should be ready in February. I've also asked him in the future to not wait until the current batch is sold out before ordering the next batch and people would prefer to not have to wait.

Has anyone tried this board with an HD LEEZA in the chain? For some some reason I can't get it work with the LEEZA. If I go straight from the PS3 I can get an rough image (new memory block). I'm using HDMI-DVI adapter cables in and out of the LEEZA. So the chain goes...Sony PS3---HD LEEZA---Sony G70. Another strange thing is that when I first send a signal the picture comes on for a few seconds and then goes to a white noise type screen. Is this what HDCP looks like???

Thanks
Dave

Exactly Dave: white noise picture means wrong HDCP key used. John

I recently got my moome sony hdmi card. Put it in, put in a blu ray movie and the image jumps up and down on the screen quite rapidly. What is the fix for this? Thanks in advance

I guess I don't understand Mad ...Why does HDCP stop me from using the scaling ability OF THE SCALER, when using the DVI in and DVI out??? I thought the LEEZA could do 1080P out...but only on the DVI path. I already knew the analog in was restricted to 480P out...so I assumed to get 1080P out, you had to use the DVI out. Will the LEEZA only scale the analog in to 1080P on DVI out???

Is it time for a new thread? Or am I missing something?

Dave

Hmmmm...

Moome has had the card now for nearly three weeks and still no refund. No replies to my emails - nothing. Perhaps I'll need to pursue the refund with PayPal.
All things considered my first and likely last dealings with Moome.

Buyer beware I guess. Mad

Yup. You can have any combination of cards in the projector.

The next batch of IFB-FULLHD Sony HDMI 1.3 cards is still scheduled to ship in February but it will be late February.

Has anyone used the Sony IFB (or any version) FULL HD card with a DVDO Edge video processor?

I just want to make sure that these two devices are compatible and do not have any handshake issues.

Thanks in advance!

Moome has finally refunded the second duff FullHD card. What a shame that his communication is soooooo poor! – I will never purchase another Moome product because of this slow communication – irrespective of any performance benefit they might provide. I have no doubt regarding his integrity but with such shocking customer service his products are off my shopping list for good. Sad

does anyone have solutions for setting up multiple memory blocks on the g70 to support 1080i and 720p. I have a ps3 running to my moome card on my g70 and I have a game that is only 720p that I would really like to get converged. Appreciate any help

Hi the card i installed seems to work ok but nothing on the remote works except the 0 -100 which with the screw adjustments (which is hard to find one end of the adjustment or the other) does not seem to change the gamma as much as i hoped. What are all the other buttons for ???? or is my remote / or card faulty? Can anyone help?
