Hi,

does anyone know whether the Runco DTV-933 is really limited to 50 kHz scanrate, or was that just a limitation due to a bundled processor, so that it would work like a plain 6 PG Xtra (max 69 kHz scanrate) if fed from a processor or HTPC capable of such refresh rates?

TIA
Kai

Can't say from experience but the spec chart on Curt's site shows 15-65 kHz.

yeah, problem is, the cross reference shows 50 kHz, whereas my German Runco DTV-930 datasheet shows both 50 kHz max & 65 kHz max (there are other errors in it as well, so it is not really that useful).

Someone tried it recently and found it scanned all the way I think.

Oliver maybe, and mentioned it on AVS I think...
