No, not at all, I hope the seller gets as much as he can for the set. The problem with the set has been discussed on another thread here. It sounds like a job for Sony, and that's a $1800 bill just for the Ya board.

I think he should shove his G90 up his ass and then twist it in circles.

Thumbs Up Mr. Green

I was just joking Curt. Anyway, if the seller did in fact have good intentions originally, the manner in which he has gone about selling the machine has bred some animosity here. Funny thing is this exact same scenario has played out before with similar results. If your going to sell something for a fixed price then sell it for that price, don't be two-faced with people after they offer you the money. IF you want to start an auction then that's fine too, but do it in an open and fair manner.
roman if you made deal with Terry then stick to it, it will help you in the long run here as a good reputation is worth more than a few hundred bucks.

Folks,

I think there was misunderstanding or misinformation here. Let me give you my side of the story, and Curt can confirm that.

I offered the unit to Curt and Terry originally. Both gave me their prices. I asked for a bit higher price, and Curt gave me his final price. I have not heard back from Terry for 2 days, and I told Curt that I would try to sell it on Videogon for what I was asking. And if I was not able to sell it, then the unit would be his.

After I placed the ad on Videogon and posted on AVSForum I got tons of calls and emails. One was from Terry, and he said that he would give me the price I was asking. So, the unit went to him.

I do not believe that I did anything wrong here and if it seems like I did, I apologize for that.

didnt the Videogon cost show $99.00, once you read the text it indicated best offer I believe...not an asking price?

$99.99 was just something to put there. Otherwise the ad would not post. In the ad I explained that.

Yes, I was looking for the best offer that at least will meet my price. And ff someone else would offer more what wrong would be with that?

As I mentioned, I told Curt about before doing so, and I did not hear from Terry back at that point...

draganm ,

Thank you - case indeed closed, and do not worry about Curt - he is OK with this - I exchanged email with him. I believe that is truly professional and very nice guy.
