Is green raster vertically centered to tube face?

Think we have an answer. Looks like the green tube is the wrong tube for the system.Looks smaller that the others.

Now have a problem in that IRIS made a crap picture which shut down seconds later on HT hold down (according to the LEDs on the front). Any one know how to get the 708 to come out of it so we can reset it?
