What kinds of material would work for a rear projection screen? I'm planning my HT and I think a RP may be better in my situation but I have no idea what is involved in an RP screen.

You can check out www.stewartfilm.com for their RP materials. Be warned, Stewart is pricey.
I believe that Clarence worked an RP setup for awhile in his old house. You could PM him and ask him to reply here.
