Nice! eBay is your HD DVD friend. Much cheaper than buying new, esp. considering the US/CDN exchange rate.

| Quote: | | An analysis of the plans has demonstrated a weakness in the Blu Ray Death Star. The approach will not be easy, but a precise hit will start a chain reaction which should destroy the format. Only a precise hit will set off a chain reaction. The shaft is ray-shielded, so you'll have to use proton torpedoes. |
I think we all know how this episode plays out for the Dark Side.

well, i got down to Bellingham last night to pick up my HD-Fury and then back at home i hooked up the A20. i could not get an image or even a sync at 1080p, the PJ kept clicking and trying to sync, so i switched to 1080i. funny thing is, i remember running 1080p from my old scaler. oh well.
none of my stored settings helped the twisted mess of mis-convergence, so after a complete reconvergence, and adjustment of size/pin/key/tilt, i got an image that made me very very happy.
i still really need to buy some HD-DVDs ... but even the upscaled dvds seem to look better. Fifth Element and Monsters Inc had good depth and contrast. lots of fun.
next on the list - Kim's gamma correcter. wheeee.
oh, and maybe an HD-DVD or two...
