On the G2/Diagnostic board there is a series of green LEDs near the top of the board followed by one red LED and then one more green one. Does anyone know what that last green led represents? I don't mean the LED for convergence that stands alone and is further back, but the actual last one in the row.

My projector powers up and seems to be operating properly, only no light comes out of the front of the tube faces. I'm hoping maybe that LED, which never lights no matter what I try, is pointing to the problem.

It's +CONV led (D248) and depending about that other convergence led (D253) it could be +conv over voltage problem (D253 bright) or no +conv voltage (D253 normal).

If it's no +conv, check F191 from same board where that led is.

I had this problem with a BD 808. Turned out there was a problem on the horizontal focus board yet all LEDs were green . Fist time Curt had seen this problem .
