Why did he buy a 7 inch CRT with hopes of 1080p?
..... ???
I'm so confused. I guess it's the lack of fan noise idea or the fact that he owned one before, .. but it's still odd.
I would be willing to bet he payed more for it then he should have too. Seems like a nice enough fella though.

Yes, some people really value the **QUIET** operation of the Dwin, and the fact that it's a nice tiny (only 65 lbs) pj. It throws a really sweet picture in SD, but I think it's pushing it to try HD on it. Some people do, though, and love it.

Even the top dollar digitals can't match the picture quality that a midrange CRT will give for standard definition TV/movies. Digitals aren't worth a crap until you start getting into HD. And even then my preferences stick with CRT.
