I decided to try and use port 3 to connect my HDFury & PS3 on my 801S but it does not appear to work. No blue light on the Fury, no image on screen. The Fury does work on port 5 but I need this input for the output from my video processor used for my cable box and dvd player.

As far as I can tell all the boards are installed (no empty slots - see picture).

Are there any switches or jumpers that need to be set?
Does port 5 need to be disconnected?

Thanks

Well I have confirmed that I do have the proper board in the projector but I'm still not getting any signal via the Fury. I'm beginning to think the problem is in the Fury itself; I hooked it up to port 5 and no luck there either even though it worked on this port before. Looks like I'll be finding out how well HKMod stands behind their warranty.

Have you checked the signal going into the Fury

Are you getting a succesful HDCP handshake with your source device? (what color is the led on the Fury?)
